REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all digital courses, coaching sessions, and ancillary materials (“Products”) sold by Priya Holistic Wellness LLC (“PHW”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through www.priyaholisticwellness.com or its sub‑domains (the “Site”) and delivered via the Kajabi platform (the “Platform”).

1. NATURE OF PRODUCTS

All Products are delivered electronically and are deemed “digital content” under Federal Decree‑Law No. 15 of 2020 Regarding Consumer Protection (UAE). Consequently, statutory “return” rights applicable to physical goods do not apply.

2. FINAL SALE – NO ROUTINE REFUNDS

Except as expressly set out in Section 3, **all sales are final** once access credentials or download links have been issued. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel under Article 14(4) of the UAE Consumer Protection Law because the supply of digital content is performed immediately upon payment

3. LIMITED EXCEPTIONS

PHW may, at its sole discretion, authorise a refund where:

a) Technical Defect – You are unable to access the Product owing to a verified technical fault on our or Kajabi’s servers, and you notify us within **48 hours** of purchase;

b) Duplicate Purchase – You have inadvertently purchased the same Product twice;

c) Erroneous Charge – Your payment method was charged an amount materially different from the advertised price.

4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Send an e‑mail to [email protected] with:

  • Proof of purchase (order number, date, e‑mail used at checkout);
  • A detailed description of the issue;
  • Any relevant screenshots or error messages.

We will acknowledge receipt within **two (2) UAE business days** and aim to resolve the request within **seven (7) UAE business days**.

5. OUTCOME & PAYMENT REVERSAL

If your request is approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing times vary by card issuer and may take **5–10 banking days**. PHW is not liable for delays outside its control.

6. COURSE TRANSFERS & EXCHANGES

We do not provide exchanges or credit toward alternative Products. If eligible for a refund under Section 3, you may place a separate order for the desired Product once funds are credited.

7. STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this Policy limits any non‑waivable rights you may have under applicable UAE consumer‑protection legislation.
