These 75-minute in-person sessions are created for small groups who want to learn, ask, and feel supported around key wellness topics. Choose a focus—gut health, hormone balance, glucose, perimenopause, or nutrition—and Priya will guide the session with warmth, clarity, and compassion.
This isn’t a lecture. It’s a conversation.

We cover the science, yes—but also the heart. You’ll walk away feeling clearer, calmer, and better equipped to support your own body (or someone you love).
